Scripture

Scripture is the rule of our lives; our lives are not the rule of Scripture. We often search the Scripture to find any place that agrees with us. What we should do is allow the Scripture to search us.

"Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." (psalm 139:23-24)
